At Nathan Reddicks and Sons, most of our work is guaranteed in writing; particularly anything that has to do with staining. Most units that need to be painted or stained usually always need to be powerwashed first to obtain a proper finish. We always use chemical to prep when powerwashing. If someone tells you they can properly clean your house which has mildew, that mildew can never be treated with just water without chemical to kill the bacteria that causes the mildew.

After a house has been properly cleaned it is then ready for painting. This will ensure that the job is done correctly. At Nathan Reddicks and Sons, most of our work is guaranteed in writing; particularly anything that has to do with staining.
